SHIPPING & RETURNS
All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/ invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. YABO is not responsible for return-to-sender fees. As a precaution, please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. All custom and crochet orders take between
3 - 5 weeks to be created and prepped for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS tracking system.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. USPS DELIVERIES can take between three and ten (3-10) business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
The YABO Team has the right to to reject any items requested for return item or exchange based upon the discretion of the YABO team based upon the guidelines of the return policy.
Return packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
All return packages must be received within 14 business days from date of delivery
All items must have the original tags attached
All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.
Shipping Fee is not refundable
We only provide prepaid return labels for items that were originally sent to you: in the wrong size, are damaged, or wrong style.
We don't provide shipping label at the moment.
Return of swimsuits can only be accepted if the Hygienic Plastic cover is in place.
Undergarments can NOT be returned
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank.
We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 7 business days.
Please contact us at email@example.com and mail the item back to us and we will process the exchange with no restocking fee.
*Some fees may apply based on the price of the replacement item.

We only allow for one exchange per order.
We only allow for one exchange and/or return action per order. It is to the discretion of the YABO team, if they offer store credit requests.
We do NOT offer return labels for exchanges.

We do ship internationally. SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY.
For international orders: Ship back the items within 10 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. We DO NOT provide return label to international orders.
We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will NOT be responsible for any lost packages.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
All custom pieces (crochet and sewn) and all crochet pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement if the garment is provided back in satisfactory conditions decided by the YABO Team.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
